Absolutely Amazing! I went in for a cosmetic consultation with Dr.Morgan. I was set that I needed all these things done and he was like No girl this is all you need. Imagine not being upsold! He explained everything thoroughly. A super simple procedure which might I add he performed on the spot. I am so happy with my results, I could cry. If you’re looking for cosmetic dentistry this is the place. His assistant Latrece was wonderful as well! The office is clean and all the staff I encountered were friendly. 10/10, I can’t thank you enough for my smile!​​​​​​​

It’s rare if ever you go to a dentist appointment and actually enjoy it. Much less be the highlight of your day. None the less it occurred for me, today in fact. All because of Janice. Super a super cool hygienist that is clearly a professional at her craft. Equally so in the aspect of making it an enjoyable experience. She was warm and friendly, and work through process with ease. As well as had an awesome sense of humor. Never pressed for conversation at the worst moment [like when your mouth is full of instruments and while drooling on yourself]. Nor talk so much [primarily to herself or who would ever listen desperately] to the point she ignored her primary objective. And most importantly never came close to lacerating you with any of the instruments in her had while working on you [we have all be there]. All that said. Go to Towne Lake Dentistry. Make sure to request Janice. The Dentist there are phenomenal as​​​​​​​

I love my Town Lake Family Dentistry family! I have been a patient there for probably 20 years. I have never had to wait for my appointment and all the staff is friendly and NO PAIN!! Have had a wonderful experience from the receptionist Dr Posey. All updated equipment which has been quick and painless. Very understanding of a nervous patient. Printed me a copy of my plan with prices. Having moved to this area this process can be scary. I have loved going there and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new dentist.​​​​​​​

TFD takes the best care of us, and cleans our whole family at once. They don’t push fixing cavities on baby teeth and have THE BEST prize box. My kids are excited to go, just for that!

We have been going to Towne Lake Family Dentistry since 1999. We never had to take our kids to a pediatric dentistry because they have loved all of the hygienists, especially Marsha and all of the dentists, especially Dr. Morgan. We continue to go to Towne Lake Family Dentistry even after moving to Roswell 16 years ago. Worth the 25-minute drive!

I’m a fairly new patient and I have to say, Dr. Morgan is incredible! As someone who has had a LOT of dental work in the past (with other dentists), I hold a lot fears and anxiety when it comes to dental visits. However, Dr. Morgan is beyond personable and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. I can’t imagine ever going to another dentist.

My husband had an incredible experience and an emergency dental situation and he was seen right away being a new client. Can’t say enough good things about this dentistry.

This will be one of the easiest “5 Star review” that I’ve made to date. If I could give a “10 Star review” to Towne Lake Family Dentistry (TLFD), I absolutely would. I am a new client with TLFD and have now been there 3 times in the last month. I was previously with a dentist office in the Kennesaw area for the last almost 15 years and noticed it starting to decline in recent years with a significant increase in turnover in front desk, assistants and also a good number of dentist that would come in and be gone within months, only for another dentist to come in and then be gone a few months later. I saw the writing on the wall early in 2024 and began my research looking for a new dental office. I narrowed it down to a few and when a tooth that I previously had a root canal on started to hurt, I made the tough decision to leave my dentist office after almost 15 years & to give TLFD a try. So glad I did! They took me in and because that tooth had a root canal before, they referred me to their endodonticts specialist (Woo Endodontics) who immediately discovered why I was in pain and told me that the root canal was not done properly by Cobb Root Canal. They got me scheduled and completed it properly and then I called TLFD back to get the permanent filling. They scheduled me in, got me in and also made my 1st cleaning appointment with the dental hygienist and doctor exam for the following day. I just got home from that appointment and all I can say is… I am so blessed to have made the correct decision to go with TLFD! The entire staff is amazing! Michelle & Leah at the front desk are great and handled everything on the insurance side and told me what my portion would be up front and there were no surprises in cost. The dental assistant Ashley is awesome and explained everything as she went along and was very “in tune” with the doctor while they were working. I get a bit of anxiety when I get in the dentist chair, but Ashley definitely made sure I was comfortable. Then today Latrice took great care of me while doing all the initial X-rays and made me feel welcomed. After X-rays, I was over to the hygienist side where I met Jenny. Jenny did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. My teeth feel incredibly clean and she was very gentle and explained everything she was doing as she went along. During my first Three visits, I have met all Three of the doctors and all of them made me feel very welcomed, while answering all of my questions. This dentist office is fantastic and I couldn’t be happier that I chose Towne Lake Family Dentistry as my new dental office. I’m not the biggest fan of going to the dentist, but I can honestly say that I won’t mind at all going back to TLFD.
